By accessing or using Listifyd ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Listifyd.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and listing creation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

2. Business Listings & Job Postings

  • All listings are subject to approval by Listifyd administrators before going live.
  • Listifyd reserves the right to remove or reject any listing that violates our policies or applicable law.
  • You warrant that all content you submit (descriptions, images, contact details) is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • Sponsored listings are marked clearly and do not imply endorsement by Listifyd.

3. Contact & Lead Information

  • Contact details of businesses are accessible only to registered and logged-in users.
  • Users must not scrape, harvest, or misuse contact information obtained through the Platform.
  • Leads and enquiries submitted via the Platform must be genuine business enquiries only.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including logos, design, and compiled listings are the property of Listifyd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Listifyd acts as a marketplace and is not a party to any transaction or agreement between businesses and users. We are not liable for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or any loss arising from the use of the Platform.

6. Termination

Listifyd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
